Job Description:
Role: Oracle Apps DBA
Location – Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: Fulltime

Should be 10+ years of experience and proficient in installation, configuration & administration of Oracle E-business Suite R12.1.3
In-depth understanding of Advanced Architectures(Multi-Node, RAC, ASM).Responsible for administration of (E-Biz, Database and RAC), patches, SR support, application and database tuning, concurrent manager administration, cloning.
Should have experience in working with Databases in Oracle Engineered Systems(Exadata).Experience in installation, setup and administration of Oracle Fusion Middleware(Weblogic, SOA 12c).Deploying applications in clustered SOA12c environment.
Performance tuning of SOA middleware.
Should be proficient in Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c installation, configuration & administration.
Planning and implementing backup solutions, recovery of databases.
Responsible for setting up DR environment and supporting periodic DR drill.  Must have experience setting up Oracle Dataguard and standby databases.
Work with technical team and Oracle support independently for any product issues.
Good understanding of core support processes and change management.
Good scripting skills to automate regular tasks.
OBIEE and Discoverer Administration and Troubleshooting.
Preferred skills:

ORACLE Apex, Tomcat Troubleshooting and Tomcat Administration
MS-SQL Installation and Administration
