Technical/Functional Skills

SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Patching, configuration management, and ensuring backups

Maintain 20 MSSQL Always On Clusters and a small number of standalone instances. Respond to issues raised by peer teams and customers. Troubleshoot and remediate performance problems. Perform maintenance tasks such as patching, configuration management, and ensuring backups execute correctly. Investigate SQL job issues and present options for resolving issues. Review queries generated by team members and peers. Monitor systems for resource utilization. Perform database object creation, testing, and deployment actions. Maintain and build SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Packages. Create or amend design and operational documentation
