Title: Data/Technical Architect
Location: Irving, TX

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
6+ years of experience in working in a Data warehouse(traditional/big data) environment
6+ years of strong SQL and Analytical skills
6+ years of strong data model design
3+ years in design of quality/audit artifacts
3+ years in Bigdata: Hadoop – HDFS, Hive, Spark, MapReduce, PIG, Presto
3+ years in GCP: Bigtable, BigQuery, Dataproc & DataFlow
6+ years of strong experience using TERADATA & SQL server
2+ years of experience with any Visualization tool or Cube technology

DESIRED SKILLS:
2-3+ years of working knowledge in Kafka/Storm data /Spark Streaming data pipelines
3+ years of strong Index data store ( Elastic search)
3+ years in code documentation and API/Framework documentation/process build.

JOB DUTIES:
Design and help develop Analytical/Semantic layers for building business intelligence modules on both traditional warehousing & big data environments.
Defines and plans data analytics architecuture for enterprise systems.
Responsible for enterprise-wide data design, optimization, and resource utilization. Knowledge of construction and design of data architectures & data modeling.
Follows data architecture standards, policies and procedures, and classification of data elements.
Responsible for design, implementation, recovery and load strategy.
Analyzes and projects long-range space requirements.
Communicates architectural approaches and makes database structural recommendations. Coordinates with other Information Systems departments to ensure implementation of databases and monitoring of database performance.

Bachelor’s degree
