My 2nd offer which is a BI/SSRS offer is on the way.

刚才班会来晚了
看到屏幕上是胡椒同学的帖子

听到雇主希望能够立刻就上班
而不是等两个星期

这时候正是给雇主提要求的时机
比如说
我还要给老雇主两周的notice
if you can offer me a sign-on bonus
I might be able to make an effort to come on board earlier.

Usually it's within hiring manager's capacity to make such an incentive.
But, it depends on the company and the authority of the hiring manager, and how eager they want you, and how eager you want the job.

Give it a try if you have nothing to lose.
