Title: How can I make my vmware and localhost map or remote each other ?

I tried to make my vmware and localhost both can map and remote each but it is very hard map and remote from my vmware to my localhost .Also It is hard map from my localhost to my vmware too. I tried many many times. I am tired with it. Anyone who can help me find out?

干嘛这么试验， 能从一个方向map/分享资料就可以了， 别在这一个问题上面纠结，不是学习的重点
