Position : Retek Release Engineer

Location: Richfield, MN

 

Required Skills:-

Release Engineering and management
Understanding of Retek Merchandizing system platform
Retek Merchandising System (RMS) – Release deployment
Good experience in Release branching , trunking , planning and execution
Experience managing Source control and repository
Working knowledge of Bitbucket
Working experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins,etc.,
Experience with CICD pipeline design and automation
Working experience in Code Quality tools such as SONAR QUBE, CODE NARC, etc.,
Experience using Jira/agile tools, SVN or Git, IntelliJ
Experience in delivering projects in agile methodology
Good Functional knowledge in RMS Module
Hands on with Unix / Linux/ Oracle / PLSQL
Should have good Oral, Written Communication skills
 

Responsibilities:-

Involve during release planning phase and work on Release branching
Plan environments and data need for releases
Manage the source control per release
Develop Automation for Deployments
Communicate with Developers , QA and business for release planning
Manage Release go no go discussions
Resolve environment conflict and data conflicts
