We have a few openings for an Oracle L3 Performance & DBA Expert for one of our clients.

The details are as follows:

Job Title: Oracle L3 Performance & DBA Expert
Location: Whippany, NJ Hybrid (2 Days onsite, 3 Days remote)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Start: ASAP

Required Skills:

Product – Oracle. Ours is on 11G and we’re looking forward to upgrading to 19c in the future these individuals will play a significant role.
Experience – 10+ Years
Should have strong skills and exp. in all aspects of Oracle DBA and Performance Tuning including advanced topics such as Oracle ASM, RAC, and Partitioning.
To support and understand OLAP & OLTP database models and business/application requirements.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and identify DB performance issues by working with application and other infra support teams to find out the RCA.
Good exp in analyzing different Oracle reports like AWR, ASH, ADDM, etc. to identify overall DB performance bottlenecks.
Able to understand business/application processes and prepare some SOP for frequent issues and work for its permanent fixes.
Should have good knowledge in RHEL and AIX OS also with Storage and Networking skills to identify known issues within Storage or OS end and help other infra teams for its RCA and fixes.
