I am currently working with a major end user client in Toronto, Canada on a number of permanent Oracle positions.

Two immediate requirements are as follows:

Oracle IT Manager - $85,000 - $105,000 + 14% bonus + package

? Expert people management skills ? reviews, performance appraisals, career development etc.
? Strong technical background ? must have a background in Oracle Financials (11i, R12) and be able to ?talk the talk?
? Must have a good comprehension of Business Process and knowledge of how the Banking/Financial Services industry works would be highly advantageous
? Experience managing on-shore and off-shore teams would be highly desirable

My client is open to applicants from a variety of industry backgrounds, though strong knowledge/experience of how Oracle Financials interact with and affect the Business is essential.

In essence, the ideal candidate would be a proven Techno-Functional IT manager with a background as an Oracle Financials Developer/Consultant.


Oracle Financials (GL) Developer - $77,000 - $90,000 + package

? Expert Oracle Financials Development experience, particularly focussed around General Ledger (GL), but also core Financials as well
? Essential to have Configuration experience within GL on an implementation project
? Experience working on an Oracle R12 Financials Project highly desirable
? Must have completed at least one full life cycle implementation project on Oracle Financials (11i or R12)
? Experience migrating to an Oracle Financials system would be viewed favourably
? Background in a large corporate environment would be advantageous

Ideally, my client is looking for a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Oracle General Ledger and/or Oracle Financials, or for someone to step up into such a role.
