新人有几个关于此行业就业的问题想请教老师

没有computer science的背景，没有类似工作经验，仅靠听完这些课程后怎么在写简历时候证明自己的能力，需要考什么证书么？
这个行业工作强度大么？灵活度强么？比如有没有可能work from home？
我目前有一份工作，只是对前景不抱大希望， 所以想在考虑转行之前对数据行业能有更多的理解，而不是盲目报名学习靠证。谢谢！
