Just my personal opinion: Maybe you can go to a community college or online college and get a degree here in the US. It's not that hard to get a BS degree in the US. If you can't get a BS, get an associate degree. It may take year if you are smart, which I assume you are. While working on your degree you can study Laotu Laoshi's class. This way you will have everything you need by the time you are ready to look for a job. Some employers will sponor your work visa if they really like you. The risk of not having a degree is this: if the job requires a college degree and you don't have it, HR may just screen you out and your resume will never reach to the hiring manger...
Alternatively, you can just write on your resume that you have a degree from China. This may work because they may not be able to verify it. You have nothing to lose.
